MEP DESIGN
RCDC are experienced MEP designers having worked across all sectors. We like to take projects from concept through to detailed design and construction. We are experienced with all procurement routes, and are comfortable working either client side or for a contractor.
Sustainability and low energy principals are applied to all of our design work, as well as consideration for health and wellbeing of building occupants. We like to work closely with clients to agree appropriate design criteria that will achieve the required internal conditions whilst keeping energy usage to a minimum.
We encourage our clients to consider fully electric buildings, moving away from gas, as we struggle to justify long term sustainability for projects that incorporate fossil fuels within them.
In all of our projects, we work closely with the architect to achieve the functional and aesthetic goals for the project, with the quantity surveyor allow them to develop accurate cost plans, and with the PM to develop the programme and deliverables.
