As an incubator start-up company, we encourage all members to innovate in their roles. This means we intentionally reserve time for employees to be intrapreneurs, thinking of new ways to do our work. We ensure that RCDC staff have ownership in the Intellectual Property (IP) that they create, and staff members are actively supported to explore and develop their ideas to eventually develop new technologies and offshoot companies.

We strive to be an industry example through our health and wellbeing commitment. We typically provide employees with a gym membership to stay active, three annual volunteering days to stay connected with their local communities, and flexible work hours to accommodate our diverse workforce. We are constantly reviewing our work environment and making improvements.

Benefits

As a start-up, employees have the opportunity to work as interdisciplinary engineers while also learning about business development. Employees have the opportunity to grow in their interests within business development while specializing their own professional skills. We heavily emphasize Continued Professional Development (CPDs) and make time for continued learning on a weekly and biweekly basis. Employees have access to various chartered institution and individual memberships.
