RCDC is able to support with sustainable accreditations, including BREEAM, LEED and WELL. The team has a wide range of experience with accreditations. Primarily with BREEAM for which we have worked on both standard and bespoke BREEAM accreditations, as well as for both CAT A and CAT B fit outs, and projects involving both refurbishment and new build elements.

The RCDC team focus on working closely with the design team to ensure the accreditation implications are understood by all members of the design team to ensure all elements are captured, to allow the project to achieve the desired rating.
