Tristan Spurdle

Tristan joined RCDC in 2023 as our Head of Operations, with a broad range of experience within the Built Environment. Tristan has worked in the sectors since 2019 and is looking to catapult RCDC into further growth.

Prior to working at RCDC, Tristan has worked in asset and facilities management, and within the Prop-tech space, with first hand experience in delivering operational excellence and bringing products and services to market.

Tristan is passionate about driving change within the Construction and Property sectors, feeling that there is significant scope in the market to make a significant impact for a better future.

Outside of work, Tristan enjoys playing hockey and listening to & playing music.
