Timo’s experience includes a variety of projects ranging in scale from system component design to master planning, primarily in the workspace, leisure, commercial, residential, and education sectors.

With an expansive portfolio, Timo has led a variety of projects across the workspace, leisure, commercial, residential, and education sectors. He specialises in sustainable, high-performance building design, with a particular focus on electrical systems, both in the UK and internationally. His vast experience in new builds and refurbishments allows him to bring an interdisciplinary approach to every project, ensuring a perfect balance between architecture and engineering in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.

Timo has been recognised for his academic excellence with a Master of Science in Building Services Engineering with Distinction from London South Bank University. He is not only focused on project success but is deeply committed to fostering ongoing, successful relationships with clients and project teams. His diverse background enables him to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, bringing an innovative approach and a broad array of building design skills to the table.

As a BREEAM Assessor specialised in both New Construction and New Refurbishment RFO 14, Timo's dedication to sustainable building practices shines through. He ensures that all projects meet the highest environmental performance standards. Day-to-day, Timo is responsible for operations and resource coordination, managing project scope, fees, and deliverables within the team. He also actively participates in academia and various industry groups.

Timo's interests lie in low-energy design and energy analysis, including energy modelling, post-occupancy monitoring, and life cycle assessment for existing buildings and new construction. His credentials as a Professional Engineer, BREEAM Assessor, WELL AP, LEED AP (BD+C), and certified BIM Level 2 Certificated Practitioner are a testament to his expertise and commitment to his field.
