Financial Fit-Out

RCDC were appointed to undertake the MEP design works for a financial institutions flagship London office.

The project saw the adaptation of the existing services within a Cat B fit-out to suit the requirements of the incoming tenant. The works carried out included:

• The design of updated electrical installations to meet the industry standards,

• Alterations to the existing lighting installation to suit video conferencing with minimal impact

• Adaptations to the existing HVAC installations to suit new spaces.

RCDC also provided the designs to enable new IT build, and server rooms, as requested by the incoming tenant, as well as designing with employees in mind, enabling the improvement of tea point and catering provisions on site.
