St Michael’s Prep PACE

RCDC is involved in design of new Performance Art Centre for the school, which will include multifunctional auditorium with range of potential events spanning from local fares to school performances, as well as associated dressing and AV/IT rooms, new drama studio, peri/rehearsal rooms, cafeteria with a dedicated kitchen and storages and WCs.

As MEP and Sustainability consultants RCDC are developing a design to comply with all potential requirements of the future uses of the building including acoustics, uneven usage profile and multi-functionality of the spaces.

As well as that, under local policy requirements the design is aligned with achieving BREEAM Excellent standard.
