Sien has joined RCDC as an Associate Director with 20 years of experience working in Building Services Consultancy.

He has led and successfully completed a wide range of projects across many sections including commercial, residential, education, data centres, airports, hospitality, and tourism.

His approach to projects is heavily focussed on end-user satisfaction and strives to deliver solutions that contribute to the improvement of the client’s operation.

He has a particular interest in developing bespoke strategies and solutions with a key focus in optimising building services systems to improve energy and cost efficiency.
