Jenny Thompson

Jenny is a Principal Engineer, with a broad range of experience in the industry and across all of the MEP disciplines, specialising in Public Health. She has worked in the industry since 2018, and has brings an multidisciplinary approach to all projects!

Jenny has worked on sustainable high performing buildings in the commercial and public sectors. In more recent years Jenny has specialised on the Public Health sector, providing specialist PH advice for a number of projects. Jenny is excited to embrace the RCDC ethos of inherent sustainability throughout, and get involved in all aspects of RCDC. She is part of the technical excellence and digitalisation teams. 

Jenny is passionate about developing with the industry and is excited to is also passionate about volunteering. She is involved in SoPHE YEN and the WES London Cluster, helping to organise socials and events for both. Jenny is also a mentor through Career ready a role which she took up in 2022

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys climbing, cooking, learning languages and anything that will get her outdoors. She is currently trying to perfect growing her own food in London to reduce her carbon impact outside of work.
