The works included the partial redevelopment of a pre-existing office building, which targeted BREEAM excellent.
Timo Rumble, Principal Electrical Engineer at RCDC, led the undertaking of the BREEAM, WELL, and LEED assessments, and discussed opportunities with the design team to define the BREEAM targets for the project.
He was integral in defining the BREEAM "excellent" target. The project is still in development with current involvement being up to stage 3.
